Terms and Conditions

We at Willy Wagtail have worked hard to ensure that all our products are advertised using high quality images that are as natural as can be expected from a computer screen. However, please be aware that different lighting conditions will affect the colours.

Our Exchange Policy:

- If you have purchased the wrong size we will happily exchange your garment if it is: unwashed, unworn & unused

- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and with a copy of your receipt

- If for some reason you cannot provide proof of purchase, we may provide you with an exchange to the value of the item purchased provided:

- The item is in a resaleable condition; and the item was originally purchased from our website www.willywagtail.com.au

- In the case where an item is being exchanged, you will be responsible for the full postage cost of $8.00

- Sale items are non refundable

Faulty Goods:

If something you have purchased from our website is faulty please let us know via the 'Contact Us' page.

Postage and Handling:

- All items are posted within three working days of receiving cleared payment

- Once your item is posted you will receive notification via email

- We assume no responsibility for the item if it is lost or damaged once posted

- Postage cost is $8.00 per Express Post satchel or $12 per Platinum Express Post satchel

- We are happy to combine postage if you purchase more than one item per order

Transaction Currency

All prices are quoted and transactions processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Additionally you will be required to provide your name, address and contact details should you wish to purchase from our online store.
